Linda Rourke

On a whim Linda was asked by a friend, who was starting her yoga teacher training, to attend a yoga class. So Linda said "why not" and hasn't looked back and for that she will always be grateful. That was 15 years ago and since that day has continued her yoga journey. Yoga is truly the only form of exercise that has ever stuck with her. It connects her mind and body bringing a level of strength and awareness she is so blessed to have found. After years of practicing with some incredible teachers and a ten year journey with Katie McClelland she finally took her teacher training certification and Linda can not be more excited to be part of the De La Sol team. Being able to teach what she has learned is an honour. She would love to help you build your yoga foundation beginner or not.
