Yoga for Navigating Grief & Finding Joy

Joy is a constant current under the chaos of our waking life. It is a practice of learning to see if again, using its lightness as a life jacket amidst the storms. Yoga can offer opportunities to dissipate the seemingly lasting heaviness and darkness of grief. In this workshop we will come together to discuss how mindfulness contributes to the grieving process, have an opportunity to share parts of our stories, practice with breath and movement, and discover new ways of self expression.
