I had the pleasure to teach at De La Sol about 2 years ago when the Waterdown Studio first opened.
I love to travel and for the past 2 years taught English and Yoga in South Korea.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program in 2013 with Global Yoga Shala while living in Peru.
I am trained in the Ashtanga Method - Primary Series, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. I am confident in subbing any of the classes offered at De La Sol.
My focus when teaching is to encourage students to develop a mindful, creative, and most importantly sustainable yoga practice.

Gentle Hatha & Meditation | G Yoga 8
Enjoy a gentle hatha class with an exploration of meditation.
Meditation is a powerful tool to help you go deeper into your Yoga practice on and off the mat. Meditation not only has multiple physical benefits, including decreased blood pressure, decreased tension pain, and improved immune health, but it also has many mental and spiritual benefits. Meditation decreases anxiety, creates an overall sense of well-being, as well as allows you to be more grounded and connected to Source. By learning to quiet the mind, we create a deeper awareness of our consciousness. This one hour class explores various techniques of Meditation and welcomes all levels. Pranayama, energy work, visualization and other techniques will be explored.
Open Flow | I
Open Flow is a class designed to cater to students of all levels who have a generally good level of fitness and ideally, some yoga experience. Different modifications will be offered to suit intro level students up to intermediate and advanced.
