When Samantha was introduced to yoga four years ago she had no idea of the lifelong journey she was about to embark on. She grew up as an athlete and didn't realize the importance of listening to her body. Yoga has since then taught her to honour her body, let go of her ego and live in the present moment-where she has become more in tune with what her body is telling her. In her present day athletic endeavors, she is a more mindful, well rounded athlete and respects the balance that has been created in her body, mind and soul.
Samantha completed her Hatha-Vinyasa teacher training through De La Sol in Hamilton and will remain a student for life. Yoga has also drawn spirituality and creativity back into her life. You can find this in her classes along with, the expectation to move mindfully with your breath, build strength, and create more space for love and patience. Life is a journey of self discovery and she invites you to embark on this journey with her.
Currently Samantha's favourite poses are arm balances! The strength, courage and freedom that Samantha feels in these poses motivate her to push harder and step out of her comfort zone- on and off the mat.

Vinyasa Flow 1 | I
Using the principles learned in the Intro or Fundamentals class, this class moves you through sequences at a faster pace and explores more challenging asanas such as backbends and arm balances. Our flow classes contain elements found in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara and Iyengar practices.
