Antoniette's roots are in Ashtanga Vinyasa and was certified at Vinyasa Flow in California. She has been teaching yoga since 2002 and her favourite class to teach is fun flow with lots of heat and great music!
Antoniette also teaches yoga to children aged 3-19 in schools, camps, outdoor education and private venues in California, Toronto and across Canada. She is passionate about engaging children of all ages and abilities to become healthy and active through the use of these non-competitive activities. She is also a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner and Regisitered Reflexologist.
Antoniette's favorite yoga pose is Ardha-Chandrasana (Half Moon) because she feels like she can fly!

Hot Flow 1 Yoga 8
Using the principles learned in the Intro or Fundamentals, this class moves you through sequences at a faster pace and explores more challenging asanas such as backbends and arm balances. Flow classes contain elements found in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara and Iyengar practices.
Hot Flow Intro
Learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa style practice, where movement is linked with breath. Expect to sweat in this class geared to those new to yoga practice. A general level of fitness is recommended.
Little Yogis Day Camp | Age 4-7yr
Our experienced instructors are excited to welcome all the little yogis back to the studio for another adventure into the magical world of yoga. Yoga empowers children to have a greater awareness of the self – body awareness, mindfulness, concentration and even learning to self soothe. Children with anxiety or who need to learn how to quiet themselves in a busy world, can benefit from yoga in their daily lives. At camp kids enjoy daily vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, meditation, crafts, games, and singing. Tons of FUN for your little yogi!
