In Yoga, we try to be as attentive as possible to everything we do…
As we perform the various asanas we observe what we are doing and how we are doing.
If we do not pay attention to ourselves in our practice, then we cannot call it Yoga.

We welcome students of all levels and physical abilities and are pleased to offer the best instruction in Hot and Vinyasa Yoga in the city.


Our teachers draw inspiration from many styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara and Iyengar Yoga and emphasize alignment, quality of breath and moving mindfully through sequences.

Infrared Heat


There is a new form of heat therapy raising awareness in the medical and athletic communities – Infrared heat.  Infrared heat, like solar heat, heats solid objects rather than the air surrounding.
